Create Bluespice deploy

ER/EP side configuration https://EP_DEPLOYMENT/rys_management/blue_spice/edit EP wiki plugin configuration

1. enable and configure plugin in EP

Start by setting all fields like are in picture. The most important field is Site URL where you have to set URL of the WIKI application you will deploy (paste the URL with https:// prefix please).

2. get key and secret from EP /rys_management/blue_spice/edit

Important fields for you are:

  • app_id (field with broken translation)
  • Secter token

3. Using key and token create bluespice wiki deployment

Before you will run the deployment you have to set variables key, token, url somewhere (Curently We are not able to set it anywhere).

The deployment takes a few minutes due the migration etc. The state of the deployment should be seen in ESko or in nomad interface of the given cluster.

If you not familliar with nomad infrastructure, please continue there:

4. Connect to deployment image and run script

  • In nomad UI find your deployment and go to latest running allocation
  • Use an Exec button
  • In opened window select bluespice task and in terminal window press enter
  • Now run command bellow
php /opt/bluespice/w/extensions/EasyIntegration/maintenance/createConsumerForEasy.php
  • The result of the script put to the application comment in esko

5. Put the key and secret to the EP /rys_management/blue_spice/edit together with url

The result of the script contains key and secret, use these information in your EP/ER deployments in form at picture at the top of the page (url is https://EP_DEPLOYMENT/rys_management/blue_spice/edit)

  • paste key to field app_id
  • paste secret to field secret token

6. Try check button in case that is still not verified

Just save your changes by pressing update button and in case check is still not green, press the check button
